  • Per Colorado state law, perishable items such as disposable vapes and juice cannot be refunded or exchanged.

  • Products damaged during shipping or found to be Dead On Arrival (DOA) may be covered by Route Insurance, provided that insurance was purchased at the time of checkout. If insurance was not purchased, these products are not covered.

  • Many items sold by Sky High Smoke Shop are covered by manufacturer warranties. If you encounter issues with a product that may be covered under warranty, we recommend reaching out to the manufacturer directly for assistance.

 

2. Refunds/Returns Process
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Please provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
