Delivery & Age Verification Policies
For all deliveries, the recipient must provide a valid state ID proving they are age 21 or older when the delivery arrives. The name and age on the ID must match the name on the delivery order. Failure to provide identification and proof of age at time of delivery will result in the order being refused and returned back to the store at the customer's expense. Deliveries cannot be made unattended. The recipient or someone authorized by them over the age of 21 with valid ID must be present to accept the order. We cannot leave deliveries unattended or with anyone under 21 years old. By placing a delivery order, the customer agrees to let the driver visually verify that the recipient matches the name and photo on the ID provided. Signing for an order acknowledges you are 21+ and have provided valid age verification. Sky High Smoke Shop reserves the right to refuse any sale or delivery if identification, age verification, or any other facility policies cannot be properly met or validated at time of purchase or delivery drop off. As a smoke shop, we are required by law to have strict policies enforcing legal age restrictions on products. We appreciate your cooperation with any requests our staff or drivers make to verify ID and age before purchasing age-restricted merchandise.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
In accordance with Colorado state laws, all sales of consumption products including vape devices, tobacco products, and other related merchandise are final at the time of purchase. We cannot accept returns or provide refunds directly on used products. We aim to make sure every product we sell works properly and satisfies customers. If you experience issues with an item, please bring it back to the store with proof of purchase and we will do our best to help you get a replacement or contact the manufacturer for warranty purposes based on their policies. On a situational basis, we may be able to offer in-store credit. For unopened products in new condition, we will consider exchanges for a different item of equal or higher value on a case-by-case scenario, provided other policies can be met related to age-restricted merchandise restrictions. Please bring back your proof of purchase within 7 days for any exchange requests. Please inspect merchandise carefully before purchase as once sold we cannot take opened electronic, herbal, CBD, tobacco or other consumeable merchandise back for health and regulations reasons.
