Delivery & Age Verification Policies
For all deliveries, the recipient must provide a valid state ID proving they are age 21 or older when the delivery arrives. The name and age on the ID must match the name on the delivery order. Failure to provide identification and proof of age at time of delivery will result in the order being refused and returned back to the store at the customer's expense. Deliveries cannot be made unattended. The recipient or someone authorized by them over the age of 21 with valid ID must be present to accept the order. We cannot leave deliveries unattended or with anyone under 21 years old. By placing a delivery order, the customer agrees to let the driver visually verify that the recipient matches the name and photo on the ID provided.
